Hi,
I made a pact with a friend at work to lose weight with each other. We're going to weigh each other on the hospital scale and not tell each other what the number is. And each week we'll just tell each other how many pounds we've lost. I've already recently lost 25 pounds all by myself. My concern is this: We've both had flaming eating disorders in the past and I'm afraid we might be bad news for each other in this regard. She takes diet pills, overdoes diuretics and even told me last week that she started in with the laxatives. I don't do any of that stuff. I just simply forget to eat most of the time. I want this to be a positive thing, but I don't want either one of us to get entrenched in an eating disorder again. I could use some of your wise advice please. Thanks, Okie
