i have shoulder issues.. ive been to the doc and she took xrays and stuff but found nothing.. she said it might be my rotator cuffs..... but i have done nothing stainful or anything.. and why would it be in both shoulders.. it had gotten better... havent had any pain for about a month or so... then today i woke up abput 2 am and it was hurting a bit... then when i got up.. it was extremly painful.. i couldnt even hardly raise my arm to wash my hair..... it hurt so bad.. then i drove to my moms and the pain got worse.... it started going all the way down my arm and into my wrist so my whole arm from my shoulder down was nothing but pain.. felt as though it was gonna break off...... has anyone ever had this and if so what ur doc say it was... i kinda think im getting arthritus or however u spell that in my shoulder.. considering arthritus runs in my family......idk....

Hi Sweetie!

It almost sounds like nerve or muscle problems. Either way an MRI might show something - did the doc. suggest that?

Follow the docs advise! In my opinion physical therapy won't make it worse, so what have you got to lose - it may make it alot better!
