i went to my first physicla therapy appt today..... she told me the problem is called impingement tendinitis... the bones and tissue in your upper arm are improperly aligned – narrowing the space between the acromion and the rotator cuff. . she said pretty much the joints r rubibng together.... which cause the pain....... she gave me exercises to work on at home and wants to see me 2 times a week..... i was afarid to go at first cause ive only heard negative things ... but she was really nice and seemed to know what she was doing and talking about..... when i got home i looked impingement tendinitis and its exactly what i feel and stuff... so hopefully after it go a few times my shoulders will start feeling better...

I'm so glad you went and you are taking care of yourself because you are worth it! I hope this PT helps you get back to a no pain status!
