Hello. So I see a bunch of specialist at the best hospital in Canada (SickKids) and no one knows what's up with me. They first thought PCOS, but I'm not hairy and don't have acne issues. They thought it was thyroid. Nope. Normal. I have done blood tests after blood test. By the way, my issue is with my menstrual cycle. They made me try this pill that has a 99% chance are starting your period after a few days of taking it. Did nothing. They were all surprised. Anyways, haven't had a period in 5 months now. They said try birth control. Day 3 on the fake pills (junk ones) and nothing so far. It's the first month so ya know... Anyways, I hate not knowing what is and isn't wrong. It's trial and error. It sucks. Maybe I'm secretly dying and no one knows it. How do you cope with not knowing?

I doubt you are dying, but yes the way to cope with scenarios is to figure out the worst thing it could be and accept it. I don't know of any conditions where you fail to start menstruating that are deadly but I could be wrong.
Thanks for this!

I did get my cycle today so that's good. And thanks for the suggestion and help. I know I'm probably not dying, it was just to empathize that I have no idea what's going on.
