This headache has lasted for a week now...Maybe a little longer...
I dont know what caused it...I have panic disorder and high anxiety though ...... ( thats a maybe) I dont eat well due to high anxiety ( thats a maybe) and I dont sleep well due to high anxiety ( maybe) ...

This headache hurts so bad like on a scale 1-10 , 10 being excrutiating... This is like a 7 ...It feels like my brain is burning...It's making me want to throw up...and I'm dizzy...also...If I sit still...it feels like my body is rocking back and forth...

I'm up till 4am...and I wake up around 12 to 3pm...and When I'm awake I'm usually watching tv or playin videogames...( to get my mind of the anxiety) If I'm not doin that I'm on the computer ..I bet thats why I have a headache...But does anyone have any concerns? or any comments? Thanks!

Anxiety, stress, not eating properly, not sleeping properly, staring at a computer screen for hours, worrying about everything etc, etc........ can definately give you severe headaches.

Serious headaches need to be checked out by a Doctor, so please get yourself checked out.

Take care.

Hi, I have been having headaches for the last 7 months now. I have been to my doctor on 4 occassions about them and each time he just gives me painkillers and tells me it is just stress. BUT I'm not stressed, only when I go to see him and doesn't listen to a word I say which makes me stressed. It's like he thinks I'm making it up. There is hardly a day goes by without a headache but they haven't been as bad as in the first two months it started. I had been getting palpatations, feeling sick, taking dizzy spells and felt like I had been hit on the head with a hammer. One night I was up the entire night with the pain having cold sweats and couldn't even move. I sincerely thought I wasn't going to survive to the morning. I have had stress, anxiety and depression for approximately 20 years and in that time stress has never done this to me and I am over most of it now and definitely don't have the same stress I had earlier. I started checking my blood sugar levels and they have been consistently low and the way that I have been feeling is pretty much the same affects as hypoglycemia. Now I am watching my diet and monitoring my sugar levels. Somehow I am losing more glucose than normal. Just out of interest, has anybody here had severe headaches constantly due to stress?? I definitely don't think stress is the cause here.

Please go see your Dr or go to the ER. You shouldn't stay in that much pain for a week. Please take good care of yourself by seeking medical help.
