really bad... headache...

...with pain...

...lots of pain.....

OTC painkillers are just little capsules of ploof!!! (wtf is ploof?!)...

...did i mention the pain?!

its been goin on for days headache!

... insomnia killing me X.x headache! headache!

wat to do... someone talk with me... just for a little while...

please headache!

Hot bath,,soft music,,,iced black cherry juice (natural anti inflamatory) and maybe a few ploofs just for Ha has...

For the sleep get some Valarian..good herb for inducing relaxation and sleep.

With only good snoozes in mind...

hmmmm.... valarian eh?

i shall head to the health shop first thing in the morning!.... as long as i can find some money... and remember to go to the health shop

good luck Not_Frank, with the prescription thing

it will depend what country you are in, whether they will prescribe sleeping pills. any mild sedative will probably work, they may prescribe valium.

are you sure the headaches are caused by stress ? you should have you primary care doc check your blood pressure & get you tested for migraine, as these would require different meds.

Lenny is absolutely right about the valerian, buy the tea.
