this morning I had a little pain in my chest that went up my throat. scared me. then I got a really bad headache right away. scared me some more. then got dizzy. really scared me. so hubby and I went to town and it kept up the headache and dizzy spell so I had him stop at the ems station. my bp was 138/88. I know that is in the normal range but not for me! mine normally is like 107/65 or lower. now I am still scared.

no idea hon. I am feeling some better tonight though. not as dizzy as earlier today. hubby made me go to bed for the afternoon.

Be!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Don't ever, ever do that again!!!! If it happens again, go to the ER immediately! Do not pass Go, do not collect $200, do not do anything but go to the ER. I mean it. You and I are close enough that I can fuss at you a little bit.
