In a rare burst of motivation, I rearranged my entire room today. However, this meant moving some heavy furniture by myself as nobody else was home at the time.

My left shoulder is kind of stiff and painful right now, and I have class in the morning. The best way I can describe the pain is it just feels like a minor pull, but in the very bottom section of my left shoulder blade. Unfortunately my left hand is my dominant hand. Does anyone know how to treat and prevent the damage from becoming worse?

TLDR; Good mental health day, bad day for my poor shoulder

Poor shoulder!

Generally ice it, take an Advil for the pain/swelling and try to rest it. That's all you can do for a potential strain injury unless you need to see a doctor to rule out a muscle tear, break or anything like that.

I took some extra strength tylenol to ease the pain in the meantime. I feel a lot better this morning, there's pretty minimal pain so I think I'll be alright. I didn't expect it to heal this fast haha

Thank you for the suggestion!!
