This is a support forum. We cannot diagnose you here. You'll need to see a Pdoc for a diagnosis.

If you'd like to talk more about what is going on to make you feel this way we can try to help you.

Take Care.

Diagnoses are labels applied to groups of symptoms.

What would be most helpful would be if you were to get help from a psychodynamic psychotherapist. She or he will help you explore this and discover the underlying reason/s for your symptoms.

Have your parents offered this kind of help for you? It sounds like you'd like to feel better.

I've no idea what is wrong with you, but having a chat with your dr might help you - or he could refer you to other people who could help you better.

I'm sorry you are suffering at all.

I doubt that all of that is caused by any one thing. For example, the fascination with the gore and homocidal ideations could very well be that you are feeding yourself that stuff through movies, games, reading materials and conversations. Try NOT doing any of that, and see if the inclination lowers.

If you are yourself thinking about killing people, that might surely make you suspicious and concerned that others are too...and that you might be one of them?

Why not have a chat with your school counselor, or favorite teacher and find some IRL support. ((((hugs))) No reason to be living that way.
