Yesterday I had a headache, today as well. Naproxen isn't helping, I took an migraine med that I can't spell. I need to study and finish an assignment. I would have to drive myself if I went in to a doctor. Which means, I have to deal with this headache. My throat hurts as well, but intermittent.

I've relaxed by watching Hulu. But it isn't helping enough. And I'm a bit anxious about my symptoms being COVID 19. My only option is a virtual visit, and to wait. Maybe peppermint oil would help.

After everything that I took to get rid of my headache, I'm left with a heavy feeling. It's temporary. Part of this headache is anxiety triggered.

Very sorry to hear this. I've struggled with headaches pretty much the majority of my life (although, admittedly a fair amount of my school-days 'headaches' were just excuses to stay home ashamed to say...) and know just how horribly crippling a headache can be.

I would suggest some things to help but I'm guessing you know what frequent headaches are like, and usually people who commonly experience headaches already know about all the common methods like massaging your temples, a cool cloth etc.

If not I can suggest some things that help me that you could try, but either way I really hope you feel better and it goes away very soon, and definitely that it's not Covid.

It possible that peppermint oil might help. Are you sure that it isn't a migraine? Have you check your blood sugar?
