I was super stressed out just now and I ate at least 150 berry tic tacs in about 15 minutes. Is that an ok thing to do? Like will anything happen? I know I probably consumed about 200 calories but my breath is very minty at least.

I don’t think it will hurt you, though it might give you indigestion. 200 calories is not a lot for an average adult, so I think you should be fine.

All those tic tacs in August didn't wreck my teeth either according to the dentist today. I was really worried about that too.
