I'm at a good weight so I don't need to lose anymore. I've been lifting weights and doing squats and crunches pretty consistently since November 15th and my thighs look a lot slimmer then they did before and my arms are starting to look decent, but my stomach just looks super flat and makes me look kinda underweight. I think I can start to feel muscle forming. But how can I get a 6 pack without looking like a 5'5 underweight weenie? The things I eat are mostly ok but my meds make me not hungry so eating can be difficult sometimes and I often have to force myself to eat. Protein shakes make me jittery. Currently I weigh 167 and I eat about 1600 calories a day. Sometimes close to 1700. I work out for half an hour every other day.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

Do a lot of core workouts. Variations of crunches/sit ups, planks and plank variations, leg lifts, etc. Make sure to have some protein before and/or after your workout, doesn't have to be a protein shake could be yogurt or some lean meat. But yeah if you don't have protein with your workout, the workout's pretty much useless when it comes to muscle growth.
