From some stomach condition I have. Now my stomach hurts so badly and I've tried Tylenol and my stomach med. I tried icy hot for my back.
I can't get my new stuff until tommorow. This is more of a rant. My GI is working on it. Shes worried I'm going to get Barrets Esopagus if I don't get things under control with this new med.

I’m sorry for your troubles. I was watching a program yesterday on Tubi called The Food Hospital, season 1 episode 2. The medical team treated a person with severe acid reflux via an anti oxidant food plan. I’m not advocating it at all as I am not a doctor or dietitian. It is reality tv, so who knows? Also, one should not drastically overhaul their diet without speaking to their own team of medical professionals. It is interesting though. I also found the episode on YouTube. The bit with the person living with severe acid reflux begins at 7:30.

Thanks. I'm working with a nutrionist and I'm supposed to be on some specfic diet but I got kinda crazy hungry yesterday and ate weird things. Today I've been doing decently
Where do you watch that show Secret Eaters? I've heard about it from Reddit and it seems interesting.

Ive seen Secret Eaters on youtube. Its people who report their diet, but unbeknownst to them, people are following them around, and at the end of the week they confront them with, "no! You bought candybars! You went to KFC! Liar!" Kinda stupid actually.

I hope you are feeling better soon. You made me think of something. When I was young, I hated to get sick. Throwing up was a nightmare for me. I used to fight the sensation with all my will power. (Usually in a lost cause).
What's the last thing that happens before you up-chuck? Your mouth starts watering. Once you swallow that saliva and lubricate the runway, it's on the way. If you have any intention of not throwing up, don't swallow that saliva! One of the interesting side effects of SSRI therapy was that it made throwing up easy for me. There are times when I have eaten something that doesn't agree with me, and it might be a long arduous drawn out process getting it through my upset stomach, but If I have been taking my SSRIs, i can take a short cut by inducing vomiting and it's no big deal. Anyone else notice this? |
