Does anyone else get really hungry after brushing their teeth? As gross as it is this is why I don't brush at night anymore, because I'd always go crazy with hunger and mess up my diet.

I haven't had any cavities in 5 years weirdly. I last went 5 months ago and she said my teeth were fine.

Actually i researched this recently in relation to my diabetes and they said for old people its best to brush 3 times a day. Cuz think of it - otherwise food gunk is travelling from your mouth to your butthole all night long. You want to cut it off at the throat and give the remainder of your digestive system a rest.
Thanks for this!
