Past 3 days my average cal intake has been 2-3x more than usual, one day involved binging/purging, one eating normally, one restricting, and today ended up eating probably what normal people eat, but only from like 1pm-9pm the morning was nothing really.

Now I look wicked swollen, especially my feet, I'm freezing my arse off, and my veins are POPPING. (I'm also ready to freak tf out and smash a plate so I have something sharp but I had 2/3 of my most recent appointments with my treatment team cancelled so whaddaya expect?).

Something to be concerned about?
