Since yesterday my left arm has been hurting like a cramping feeling and my blood pressure has been really high. This morning it was 150/100. Should I be worried? I see my doctor in a bit

Just call your doctor and tell them that info.

It’s very high. You need to limit sodium and caffeine and be on blood pressure meds ASAP.
Have you talked to your doctor? |

My blood pressure has been ok at doctors offices. So maybe its just my machine.
I have a doctors appointment on the 21st and an appointment with general surgery for a stomach issue on the 23rd. I'm getting blood work done tommorow.

I did lab work today and one of my blood levels is high and that can cause high blood pressure and similar stuff.
My doctor will say if I should do anything next week about it.
