How do I make it stop? It feels like I'm wearing a really tight hat. It comes and goes. Sometimes when it comes I think I'm 10 different people and chopping my arms/head/legs off. Sometimes I throw up. Sometimes someone asks if they should call an ambulance and I say "eleven." (which I feel like could be translated to a yes but I guess isn't). Sometimes I say "if it moves it doesn't move" for 7 minutes straight sometimes asking how I move something if it's not moving.

I don't have a single healthcare provider that isn't on my ****list right now so seeing a doc is out.
