When I am really tired, I start to get double vision. Especially when I'm reading in bed...Is it this normal?

I'd say it's normal, just your body's way of telling you you need some rest.

I think the double vision is caused by your eye muscles becoming tired so not able to focus properly... or the fact that you're falling asleep when reading, that happens to me then lolol.

Don't know your age but if you are getting close to bifocal time, it is very common and a sign that you have probably arrived at the time when you need bifocals at least at night (when your eyes are tireder).

Yeah - I had thought about eye glasses being needed as well.

Blurred vision can be a side effect of some psychiatric medications, too.
