I don't know about others but i've personally found a connection between stomache issues and anxiety.

i have more stomach aches and digestion problems when my anxiety levels are higher than when they are not.

hope this helps a little.

Ditto what Roz said. The more anxious I get, the worse off my tummy is.

Yes. Hence the phrase "butterflies in my stomach"
(They flap around causing distresss.)

There is also connection between anxiety and irritable bowel syndrome, which can cause gastric problems.

Very common. During times of high stress, watch you diet, try and get some exercise, get enough sleep, perhaps take an anti-anxiety medication.

Yeah, this is actually pretty common.

Some people can actually throw up from being anxious...so anything's possible.

Yeppers. Also get all sorts of other issues when anxiety pops up... so not fun.
