Arthur Itis has taken up residence in my back and shoulders. He's a mean ole devil, that one!
 Why is it that I can sit at the computer and my back won't hurt but if I try to be productive and sit at the sewing machine, my back kills??  That's not all. I try to lift whatever it is I'm sewing, it's not heavy, and my shoulders rebel with a sharp knife jab.  If only there was some way to evict Arthur Itis!

I've been taking my Naproxen but it seems Arthur like it. I take a pain pill before I start sewing but it doesn't seem to do my back any good.
Maybe I need some stronger stuff?
