I know this is strange...to be asking for comfort...just not sure where to post.. how to post...

I am DID... yesterday... I totally lost the day...a whole..day...

My alter.. went to a farm... dug plants...

Last night.. full blown asthma.. couldn't hardly move because I have fibrom..everything.. is screaming....

My alter has neither... in my garage are these plants...

So my breathing is.. haven't the word - wheezing still.... my body hurts...

and what do I do with these plants???

she was trying to do what her T told.. us to do.. to "get a life".. and not be depressed about her son.. so she did that... and hurt.. our body...

so you understand???

I just need someone.. to hear my pain.... my body... my wheezing...please?????

what do I do.. with the plants....??????????

oh hon I am so sorry! I am not DID but I had a friend one time that was. one of her alters went and had her tongue pierced! dang she was upset when she came back. I can understand how you are feeling. I would say on the plants when that alter comes back out have her plant them away from the house if at all possible. if not then give them away. you have to take care of yourself.

Not strange to ask for comfort or support - ever!

I'm sorry this happened. I think you need to tell your T about this, and see if you can think up SAFE activities you could do to "have a life".

Give the plants away. People love plants, especially when they're cheap. You could have a "yard sale" of sorts. Or donate them to your neighbours. Anyone who wants them.

I so understand. Take it easy for a few days. DO some games or something online or in the house. Ragweed is really high right now. Find something inside to do. See a movie or something like that till the allergies are better.

Your not alone on the asthma attack. I had one last night and was getting ready to post about it. Chest is so tight I still can't breath to well today.
Take it easy today and I hope you feel better.
