Hello,

Hope you don't mind but I am going to complain a bit. I feel so drugged out, to many blood pressure pills , too many heart rate pills. I am a walking zoobie. Nothing seems to help my heart rate, 2 heart surgerys, and still no solution. I can't do physical activity without having symptoms and having HR go to high levels, usually around 200bpm. I have had this since I was a kid. I am just tired of living this way. More and more meds without a solution . No one needs to respond I just had to vent alittle.

Thanks for caring.
I love you guys,
Leslie

((((Leslie))))) Whining IS allowed, you know that!!!!! I am also sorry to hear this. One of my brothers also has ...what is it called? Unmanageable BP? no, that doesn't sound right... though it is eh?

I don't want to minimize what you are going through. I know I can lower my heart rate and blood pressure greatly through "intention." Not just thinking I can do it, but concentrated meditation to do so. Even if it didn't help your actual BP, it would give you some peaceful time, and assist your breathing, and "mindfulness."

IIt's so frustrating to have something you have no control over! Just ain't " fair."

Great advice Sky....

I have white coat disorder. (My doc calls it that, it's high bp when in stressful situations) but I also deal with anxiety/panic disorders. I find that if I breathe deeply and close my eyes and make a conscious effort to relax, my heart rate will go down. I guess this is a form of meditation too. It's good for the soul as well.

It's very hard to deal with medical issues you have no control over. My lungs hurt really bad, they're having a hard time adjusting to not having the extra help. The pain is manageable but barely. I guess this too shall pass.....

I hope you're feeling a little better Leslie. Hopefully you'll find a solution to your problem. I'm sending soothing vibes your way.

Take Care of yourselves,
Kimberly.

((((((((((((((((((((Leslie)))))))))))))))), you have every right to vent. Like so many have said here--we can't imagine how this must be like for you.

I can see how disheartening it is to go through these surgery's and continue with meds and you are still not feeling well. In my words I guess I would say, "It's not fair"!!! I wish we could give you everything you need to get better. Unfortunetely we can't, but we can tell you how much we care about u.

You hold a special place in my heart. I think about you everyday. And I miss you dearly. I know I have not been around much and not called. But this does not mean that I don't care or that I don't think of you. Sometimes others are afraid that when they are not in a good place--well we don't want to bring more stress to them. Anyway.....I kind of got of topic, sry.

I just want u to know that you are my dear friend and my thoughts are with you. Leslie, don't worry so much about posting how u feel. Its okay to speak whats on ur mind. Please keep talking, get mad, curse, let go of what u need to. Thats what we are here for!!!

I love you my sweet darling buddy....I am with u in heart and mind....

Justy
