I see my primary care physician in two weeks. I'm going to talk to her and see if she will prescribe my meds and take over the blood tests. I don't think I HAVE to be in the care of the hem/onc and I think the only reason I am is because of the chemo. But it's pill form, so she should be able to prescribe it too. I just don't know what to do. I'm so tired.

(((Hug))) Have you discussed this with the current doctor? Maybe he isn't really aware of how you feel (and maybe other patients) and would appreciate it. His reply, no less, would help you make the decision, I'm sure.

Sometimes I think i walk about this place with my eyes closed as i cannot believe ive missed this post and its on toits third page. I want to appologise for that. As for Doctors, it must be very scary to have to see the docs that you do. I can only imagine how difficult it is to take all the meds you do. Its a wonder you can still be all that you are to everyone here. I can see whay you would be afraid about going to any place that makes you uncomfortable. But i think you need totake the bull by the horns and consider what option will give you the best medical care, and then go for that one. Im with you, i know its frightening, but flowers should be healthy.
