He is 16. I'm still wondering where he is. I know underneath those layers of depression, he is still in there. I miss him!
  It breaks my heart to think of how he used to be,  I want my guy back!

Even in the darkest of hours you're there for him and he knows it, hun. May harmony gradually find its way into your family.

i'm 16, and my mom is always whining about how i grew up so fast and she wishes i was a little girl again. Maybe try to encourage him to be close to you, rather than wishing it would be like it was before, because you can't go back into the past.
