Hi everyone...Im new to this site. I have hpd and just need to know what to do to help myself.... Has anyone ever fully recovered from this?

No....I guess I need to find a therapist though......i had a counselor the first of this year for childhood abuse and my affairs in adulthood... she moved and I never wanted to go through the whole painful process again.....I know that probably sounds foolish but i guess i just dont want to confront those demons again.....

I would urge to see a therapist too. I think people do generally get better as they get older (at least that's the case with other PDs), but without therapy I think you won't really recover. Come here anytime for support though.
