Hi

Most cities/counties have a local Mental Health Network that is a non profit and can help you with low or no fees depending on your financial situation. They can help you with therapy, diagnosis, medication. You might want to google using the above name or you can call 211 and ask them. I did the latter and found my present mental health provider for a low cost.
Thanks for this!

according to your profile you are located in Kankakee, thats here in Illinois (the USA). the USA recently passed a law that says by january 2014 every american must have health insurance, either by signing up for private health insurance, work place insurance plans or medicaid/medicare. the political name for this is called Obamacare.

there are a few different ways you can sign up for health insurance...through the federal website, your states insurance website or through your local department of social service. since your post says you dont have any income you can go to your department of social services office and sign up for your states medicaid program. the social worker will explain to you how your states medicaid program works and what types of medical/mental and possibly dental coverage the state of Illinois pays for.

once you get set up with your insurance you just locate a treatment provider that is on the list that your insurance covers.

heres some links for your location that I found by googling your profile location and heath care...

Health Care Reform : Health Insurance Marketplace

that link will tell you more information about the law and how to go about getting insurance.
