I was due for a review in August but have heard nothing. Is this normal?

I don't think they stick to strict timelines. That is, if you were given a review period of 2 years, you won't be contacted exactly two years after you were approved. I know some people go a lot longer before getting a review. It all depends?
Thanks for this!

I was told it would be 2 years; I did not hear from them until 5 years later. The next one was 3 years later, and from there it has been random: 2, 5, 7, 3,.... years even. I would not worry about it until it happens.

Whether reviews are done on time varies by company. Feel free to ask your supervisor when your review will be done. You could say that you want to know how you are doing so that you will know what areas you could improve.

Supervisors hate writing reviews. They are very difficult to do, so they get put off a lot.
Thanks for this!

Thank you. I was writing about my SS Disabiliy review.

I'm sorry! I was reading the work forum before I skipped down to this one.

Good luck.

Mine was also due in July, I have heard nothing too. I also want it to be done and over with. Ugh.
