She will if I ask her to. However I cannot mentally, emotionally or financially put myself through the stress of waiting years for a hearing. I did it before and it was very difficult. I was still denied at the hearing

Nobody gets approved when you first apply. Things would be a mess if it happened that way. I had to appeal and got approved then appealed again for back-pay and I got that, too. The Appeals Council overturned the Judge's decision on 2 yrs back-pay (because he turned it down).
