If a person is born female but felt male from their earliest memories (and that continues currently - well into adulthood) but does not ever plan to come out or transition ... is that person still considered transgender? Are they only considered trans if act on it?

It just depends on how they choose to label themselves, being trans isn't necessarily objective. If you truly plan to never transition I personally would just say that they're dysphoric, but then again it depends on your self image. There are cis women with dysphoria who see themselves and live as women, so if you are a male who just will never transition you could say so

( I say dysphoric because that almost sounds like what you're describing, but you don't have to have dysphoria to be trans )

Being transgender more of a condition than an action. If a person feels male but is otherwise female, regardless of what they choose to do about it, they would be considered transgender. It's just no one might otherwise know about it. Having a masculine brain with a feminine body is currently accepted as transgender. This typically comes with gender dysphoria and/or gender euphoria when presenting as their minds gender.

I really couldn't tell you hon, but I consider myself transgender because everything in my head says predominantly female even though the body is male. I wouldn't know what else to call it. I have very feminine ways that are more than obvious when present (the most), but the others might feel differently about it.

On a scale of 1-10 on looks, I'd say this body is a 2 (been called a Klingon)...so transitioning to a 2 on the flip side would just make this 2 even more unbearable seeing that it's very discriminated against... I just couldn't handle it- at least I'm used to this.***

Were still actually up in the air about this. Some days I do some days I don't. Damn bipolar. Anyways, we are on a losing weight kick and proceeding with "its a go"....what the hell, you only live once.
