I have had ED for 6-7 years and have pretty much done the course in drugs and vacuum pump. My libido remains very high however and I could achieve some level of satisfaction by other means than intercourse if I had the right partner. Unfortunately, I do not have a wife who is interested enough to experiment with oral, etc. I go crazy thinking about sex but can't get any. My sole relief is with a big massager that I use to masturbate. That at least gives me a orgasm. Does anyone else have these types of frustations?

hey, blondboy - well, i'm not exactly young but i am about 15 years younger than you. my ED problems were fixed when i took up a daily exercise regimen. mostly, it's just walking everywhere. i walk for miles. and, i took up occasional bicycling too. the exercise fixed my heart health problems and the ED went away. exercise is also a good tool to deal with libido issues as it takes your mind off of things because you are concentrating on something else. in fact, taking up hobbies of any sort that allow the mind to focus on pleasurable activities other than sex might be a way of successfully treating your libido issues. these activities could include anything from cooking to playing cards with friends. good luck to you!

Thanks unhappy guy for responding. I agree that exercise is good in a lot of ways. I am pretty active, playing golf several times a week; working out in my basement gym, etc. Cannot walk like I would like because of bad knees, at least for the time being. I used to run a lot when younger. I have always had a very high sex drive, however and exercise has never made that go away. I also have other interests, like art--I paint. While this is satisfying, it does not solve the libido issue. In fact, my "artsy" nature tends to make sexual desire more intense because I see beauty so much in both the female and male bodies and things beautiful in general. Thanks for caring.
