Typically when I'm filling out paperwork I'll hold for fifteen seconds and release, hold and release until I need to get up to file or do testing. It's almost a meditation. I almost unconsciously do them when I sit on the couch watching TV also. I couldn't even begin to tell how many that is, but it's in the hundreds probably.
