As far as I understand, those traits might define a certain kind of narcissist, but by themselves would probably be insufficient for a diagnosis.

Let me refer you to this post and the whole thread of which it's a part. It quotes the diagnostic criteria for Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD) from the official DSM-IV-TR.
