Does anyone have any advice for a couple in which both parties came out of a relationship with an N? Have you ever seen a similar situation before?

I've been in something similar. My father was an abusive narcissist, and my wife's ex was abusive. However, I don't think he was a narcissist. The only advice I can really give you is to be there for each other. And get some help from a therapist if it gets too bad.
