I love it to. I sent it to a friend. They'll think it's them. It's me.

Thank you for posting it.

I can try to answer, but I doubt you'll get it. Because it's an accusation. Simple, really. Defense to an accusation.

So they get defensive at questions because they think they are being accused is that right?

And why do they get so down and low sometmes?

Thank you so much my partner has NPD

Thom why are you asking the same question in 2 threads?

I've been hooked on Imagine Dragons for the past week. Totally makes sense!

Wow it seems I don't come here for a week and everyone comes out of the woodwork. DM great song for all of us!! And to answer the question in my view is the same as the other answer but to add I get so nasty because it's what is inside. The moment I am attacked or at least feel that, the rage builds, it keeps building till I cannot contain it anymore and then hell comes out. I am working on that and do find that I can contain myself longer. It does still come but I am able to evaluate myself afterwords and realize I was wrong in my delivery (most of the time). I am a master at knowing what tears people close to me apart and unfortunately have used this many times in the past. I try not to say we so much as I should not classify all as we do have our own things but I am sure many are the same.

Thanks so much for your reply - I am just trying to understand and now that two who have said they rage because they are under attack or perceive they are under attack - what can I do to minimise this perceived attack - to my knowledge I have never done so but I do disagree with him sometimes - could this also be perceived as an attack? Thank you so much for your help - it means so much - I love my partner and just want to help but I don't know how!

attentionThis is an old thread. You probably should not post your reply to it, as the original poster is unlikely to see it.
