Tapping or EFT (emotional freedom techniques) involves tapping on meridian points it's like acupuncture it releases trapped energy.
Now I want to say when it was first suggested to me I though 'what a load of rubbish!'. But it works really well. There are lots of free videos on you tube. The best I've found is Brad Yates he's really good. And it only takes a few minutes to do. Give it a try ☺ Sent from my SM-N910F using Tapatalk |

I spend much of my forum time there. I show occasional "traits" of a PD, but am mostly just getting fleas from my Cluster B loved ones. They have given me a layman's diagnosis which my long-time therapist disagrees wholeheartedly with, but still I came here to learn and help with the anxiety and depression that comes after the abuse. I learn about myself and about my PD loved ones here at psych central. At OOTF, it is strictly for those of us struggling with PD individuals in our lives to try and understand how to cope and take care of ourselves. You will find the support you're looking for there. ![]() |
