.. I dont know I have a right to jump in cause Im the new guy but the topic intrigued me. its about sex. so of course it did.

Im wasnt a sex addict. for a long time I would be fine with once maybe 2x a month and be fine. even now as i write this I dont really feel like doing it.... after my most recent ex gf though i want it all the time now.

I realized why. She would boost my ego so much it became my sick addiction and fetish to please her. She got the pleasure, and i got the pleasure of her boosting my ego.

I dont think I was ever terrible in bed. I just didnt want it often with my last 2 exs, with the 3rd ex i couldnt get enough. it was ego driven. Now I miss it. We were both ego maniacs.

So I guess yes, if the NPD is getting the ego boost they needed from whomever then yes they could be a sex addict. I know when I had my supplier I was. I had a specific trigger. I recognize what it was in her and it made me want it even more.
