Yes it does sound like some OCD is going on. Have you talked to a mental health provider about what's going on?

A mental health provider wont think you are crazy, because you are not crazy I do think that you should talk to someone though it sounds like this is causing a lot of distress in your life and a professional should be able to help you work on these things.

Hi coco 27, Just wanna say i have simmilar symptons parallel to you, but let me reasure you you are not crazy. These urges, compulsions , etc etc..... seem to be our convictions as a sympton of OCD ( " i guess its like we are short changing time... being ahead of it.....its like having the third eye")Many years ago after I was discharged from hosp I had a stroke of luck in being referred to a psych who was very compassionate and open minded and always in persuit of alternative and non mainstream in treating and dealing with OCD.Im not sure if youve heard of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy??? but he and i chipped away at some issues I was having using this approach. Perhaps you may also want to ponder on this approach with a therapist. Youre not crazy and rest assure i validate and understand your concerns.Take Care ,Bluzman.
