I'm on 40mg but I was diagnosed with depression. I swear I have more OCD traits though. It has helped with the OCD and constant worrying. There are times when I have break throughs, but it does seem to help some. I asked the T about OCD vs Depression and he said they're all related and treated the same way. I do still have anxiety attacks, but they're less severe and I can usually get myself out of the tailspin. So far it's helped me, hopefully it works good for you.

Only *high* doses of SSRIs (in the hundreds, if I'm not mistaken) work for OCD. I assume your doc is gradually titrating up your medication? If not, that's a conversation you need to have with them.
Thanks for this!
