dose anyone else do this picking your partners spots ...i keep doing it all the time and it has caused arguments between myself and my husband...i cant seem to stop even after he has asked me to stop ...i just keep going for them.
Part of me feels panicked if i don't do it...any idea on what i should do about it ?...

Sounds like it is a way for you to deal with your anxiety. It is your husband's body, and it would be good for you to respect that boundary that he is trying to place.

hey Selene,

I don't think you're alone. My room mate (who has anger issues, but that's about it) spends most of her time with her girlfriend and they pick at each others bodies. I have to seriously resist it when I'm with someone too.

you do need to try and stop though, even though it's really hard. use your husband as motivation?
