It started two years ago with simple hand washing, but now I can't stop!
I need to wash my hand after I touch things, like:
-Doorknobs
-Computer
-People
-Showering
...And many more!
I washed my hands to the point where they are cracked and red.
After the use of my bathroom, I need to wash my arms, hands, and face.

Recently my shower had some human waste come out of it and I refused to go in. It was cleaned and everything but I just did not want to shower in it...
And when I needed to take a shower I had no choice but to go in. When I did take my shower I could not help but cry. I now refuse to touch my feet.
My parents are not helpful at all, all they do is get angry and call me crazy. I just feel so bad and I want to stop...
Hugs from:

How old are you?

It sounds like serious OCD to me. Im sry that your parents are not any help. I know how frustrating that is. Will they take you to see a therapist? Hon, you sound just like me... exactly before I got help. I suggest medication and therapy ASAP.

Ive been through it all. its hell. I know. But it can be done. You don't have to feel like this... promise. PM me if you want. I think I might be able to help you... or at least help you see that you aren't alone...

Is there any way you can convince your parents to let you see a therapist (if you're under eighteen)? If you have an undiagnosed mental illness it only gets worse as you age.
