How do you control your ocd ? And by meds, what do you take? Does it help?

I take serotonin. I also don't attempt to control harmless compulsions and freely allow them, so that I may have an easier time controlling those that need to be.

For my OCD-I love Luvox CR, it really helps me control and manage my thoughts and compulsions properly! It also helps with depression! Best of luck and hope that helps a bit!!
