I remember when I was 15-16, I'd 'rub' my head so hard that strands of hair would fall off, I'd group all the individual hair together and keep them for a while before I'd eventually lose interest.
I'd also 'pick' my scalp, especially the crown region, and the sides of my head, and I'd notice hair stuck to the 'flakes', I'd group all the flakes together, and the bigger the 'flake', the better I felt. I completely forgot about this until my trichologist asked me if I ever did something like that. I don't do it anymore, I stopped doing it after I started noticing my thinning hair around the age of 19 I guess, or maybe a year or two before that. |

I have to admit i did that but with the scalp skin picking, its definitely an OCD thing but could be trich for you. Im glad you stopped its hard to get out of for sure.
