I've just come to the realization recently that I may have that really long T word. It's really bothering me cause I keep trying to stop pulling my hair and chewing on it but I can't... For the most part I rip off an end because i'm afraid of going bald and its only single strands.. But I keep trying to stop and can't and its frustrating because its so dumb its not like i'm trying to quit drugs or something serious. What are ways to stop?

I try to find other things to do like scrubbing bathtubs or doing dishes. Manual work helps me focus on something within my control and away from my obsessions.

Holding my phone in my hand helps a lot. I tend to hold it in one hand and type with the other hand. Keeps my hands occupied.
