I haven't picked since yesterday, it's too early to tell if the Paxil increase is working, I know that I have personally been working on not doing it and am being more mindful of when I feel the urges

My first check in, doing better and on an upswing it feels like. Came out of a very quick onset of intense Symptoms that lasted over a month. I feel very in control (likely because I just joined all of you) and optimistic about improving my life.

OCD has been pretty manageable except one episode of repeating thoughts but that finally stopped.
