Elizabeth Swan, keeping my mind focused on other things like sky and trees and flowers keeps me from being irritated by these things.

In US I rarely see nude people. If I see things that upset me I try to stay away from them.

It can be upsetting to see some things, that is why I try to focus my attention elsewhere.

Elizabeth Swan, Hi you could have maybe Ocd or automatic thoughts . Do these same things bother you all the time and do you think about it over and over ? Try to stay away from these things that upset you and set your mind on other things as CANDC said and I got help for my own issues and focusing on your 5 senses can help also while going threw this to take your mind off of it . These things make you feel uncomfortable so it becomes irritating and upsets and makes evil thoughts. Its a burden. You have to get rid of it. It is winning you over. If your mind has really bad evil thoughts maybe consulting your doctor would help if it continues and gets out of hand.
