Lately I seem to be obsessing over something I have no control over, and just can't shake it from my mind. It has been a daily occurrence throughout the day, and it's driving me nuts to a point that I am becoming physically ill with anxiety, headaches, and stomach discomfort.
I can resolve this obsession come next week, but can't stop thinking about it till then. I try to change my thought process, but keep coming back to this obsession. I just wanted to make a post about this, and maybe get some advice or support.

Thanks

I am so sorry that you're experiencing such obsession. Is it like intrusive thoughts, or ruminating thoughts?

It's ruminating thoughts, and I am tired of it!

I feel for you; I have the same issue. I find that if I do something to distract myself (watch a movie, for example) it can help.
