I am glad to hear that you have seen some improvement in your symptoms, I hope this continues for you.

i think it is wonderful your OCD is getting better. i've never been able to get rid of mine, but i do the best i can to control it. i'm not very good at it however.

i try as best i can not to talk to people about my obsessions and compulsions (symptoms), as most people don't want to hear them. unfortunately i don't succeed very often. i will try harder to "reserve" my OCD talk only for people who are trained professionals. (i am refering to talking about specific obsessions and compulsions, and not discussing OCD in general.)

its hard to talk to people exspecally our loved ones about ocd cause some types of ocd are really not pleasant and it makes it hard to talk to people who don't understand it and plus theres that fear of judgement that sucks exspecially for people with high anxiety and the anxiety brought on by ocd I finally after months of suffering in silence I told my boyfriend of six years he knew that I had ocd or high anxiety cause my fear of contamination was through the roof but then it changed and is still hard for me to say but I know that I went through a phase where I felt like with every obsessive thought I felt I needed to confess I remember having to do that as a child and it passed. but I have a really good friend that I talk to about it rather my boyfriend cause he still don't understand but it helps to have that support! if u need someone to talk to I could do my best to help u through it
