You can now log into one of the other two chat rooms directly from the forums (rather than going through the Psych Central main room). Just click on either the Soc (Social Chat) or Sup (Support Chat) links up by the main chat link. "Chat" will still take you into the main room directly.

By member request.

So, right now it looks like this:

(Soc, Sup, 3)

That means the first two are empy and the main room has 3 people?

What will it look like when there are 2 people in Soc, and Sup and the main room are empty?

(2, Sup, Main)????

Could it ever look like this?

(2,6,8) ??

emmy,.color me curious

oh, john, that's a good thing you've done. i've been in the main chat room many times recently where ppl log on, then go directly to the room that they wanted to go to and some ppl in chat feel badly that they haven't spoken, etc.

great move! thank you!

Just to clarify, the links are:

Chat = Enter main chat room
Soc = Enter Social Chat
Sup = Enter Support Chat
# = Total number of people on chat system (clicking on it will show you who is in what public room; if people are in a private room, it will not be shown where they are)

Enjoy!

the only prob is going to be if a new person goes directly to support -the others rooms are not aware that someone entered there and the person may feel they are being ignored-

Awesome! Now we won't get excited to see people and say hi only for them not to say a word and move to a different room! Very nice!
