ummm, I'm not sure which board to post this on so I'm goin' for this one. I only have internet access at the library and I've found that the chat window doesn't open when I click on it. Is this because it's a public computer and I'll never be able to use the chat feature?
thanks
angel

In all likelihood you are behind a firewall that is set up to prevent chat functions from working there - mostly because most libraries like to keep their computers open for research purposes and not for chatting, no matter how serious the reason.
