dayzee, I wish you would reconsider your choice to leave. I know you have a troubled heart for your experiences here but don't forget that you have also reached out and your help was well-received. I speak of myself as an example. Where might I be now if you had not been with me via many PMs in the last few days while my ultra-rapid-cycling had me doing very unhealthy things to cope. Maybe I wouldn't even be here at all? So, if you can even help just one person, isn't it worth giving your departure some more thought?

If, however, you feel that you must go, then I want to thank you, although those two small words seem so small and not enough, for everything you have done for me, being there constantly and guiding me through my horrendous rapid-cycling that often takes control of me. I hope that you will find the inner peace that you are very much striving for in life. You will be in my thoughts and prayers. Please stay in touch.

dayzee, I know some disagree with your methods. But often the person who can offer the best guidance is just as messed up as the guidee. And that was by no means an insult, so please don't take it as such.

BTW, I have bookmarked that link that you have provided. At first glance it looks like a great site. I'm sure I personally will find some very useful tools there, positive coping skills. Thanks for providing it.
